Courtney is a life and wellness coach, personal trainer, and co-founder of Surge Athletics. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in helping both adults and young athletes reach their full potential. Courtney combines performance training, nutrition coaching, and holistic wellness strategies to help clients build strength, confidence, and resilience—on and off the field. Her mission is to develop athletes for life, guiding each individual toward long-term success and empowerment.

Brandon is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach and co-founder of Surge Athletics. With a passion for athletic performance and youth development, he has spent over two decades training athletes of all ages to move better, perform stronger, and prevent injuries. Brandon’s approach emphasizes functional strength, speed, agility, and sport-specific skills, helping athletes excel in their sports while building a foundation for lifelong athleticism.
